I am considering putting Woods Tw6-6 cams and a D&D 2:1 exhaust on my 09Road King. What kind of numbers should I get?

Better go for the whole enchilada then, Air Cleaner, PC-V, Exhaust, and Cams.
Fuel Moto has package deals.

That should put you up in the high 80's HP wise and the High 90's TQ wise and that is conservatively speaking.
