what is typically included in a 10,000 mile service? what should I make sure is done? I believe I have loose neck bearing, brake issue and more.

I am new to the board, in fact I think this is post #1.
I just had 10k service done on 08 Street Glide $325.
This is one of the bigger ones.
Includes plugs, fluid, total check of entire bike (spokes, nuts, bolts, brake pads, clutch, etc.)
Mine took about 4 hours.
Bike runs noticably better.

 

Usually oil and grease{if needed} are included. It's mostly alot of checks/ inspections. If you need a motor mount ,brake pads, tires, bulbs, or a belt that is not included. The idea is to set the bike up to the way it left the factory. You have the right to refuse to have the work done at the dealer, if you want to shop around for price, or want to do it yourself.,,

 

Give them a written list of your concerns, just in case it isn't included.

i had pointed out sloppy feeling and wobble in hard leans with my '10 FLHTCU @ approx 6 months and 5500 miles, and they made some neck adjustments, and replaced front rotors. bike tracks better, and no wobble.
