Question Ultra Limited need overlay harness of XM?

Hi,
I'm buying the parts I need for the HD XM module installation from Chicago Harley. It made it a little easier spending the $$ for this overpriced module...

Anyhow - I have not cracked open the fairing yet, but I was wondering if the FLHTK needs the Ultra Overlay harness or not - since the Limited have a CB as standard equipment.

Currently, my Ultra Overlay harness 70164-06, is on backorder - if my bike doesn't need it - I'd cancel the order.

If anyone has opened up their Limited's fairing - did it already have the overlay installed?

Also - I'm installing a Nuvi GPS on the handlebars - and was wondering where a good spot is to tap into for power. I'm planning on wiring it up the same time I installed the XM module.
I was thinking of wiring it across the cigarette lighter socket.

Finally - where are the two lower fairing Torx screws I need to remove - are they behind the ignition switch / accessory switch cluster?

My service manual shows I need to remove four screws on the passenger side of the fairing and I can only find two of them.

I don't want to tempt fate by taking the fairing apart more than necessary...

LetItRide,
I had my HD XM Module put in yesterday (as well as the J&M speakers and Amp) by Dr. V-Twin; I bought all the XM Parts. Yes, I did have to get the Overlay wiring harness from HD as well as the bracket they recommend. The bracket is what the XM antenna attaches to and is very worth it. The wiring harness I got was HD Part # 70164-06, $89.00 and it worked out very well. Do not worry when you install (or have someone install the XM) the harness as you will not need to use all of the pigtails...some will be left un-used.
Can't help ya on the GPS but am getting one soon too....
You'll love the XM ....well worth the $$$...

Hope this helps.
Ride Safe...

Ok - so I will not cancel my backordered 70164-06 since you needed one also.
I was hoping that since it had a CB already - maybe it had the harness ;-)

Yeah - I have had XM since 2003, and really, REALLY miss it on the bike..
