Default O7 front end

Hi, can anyone tell me whether the spacers on the front wheel of an 07 Ultra are 'handed' that is fit left/right or can go either side? Had the tyres changed recently and something ain't right with my front end. Also, do I have to take the fairing off to grease the head bearing nipple or is there some trick?

Thanks
