Default Good seat for long rides

I have a 07 Street Glide and am looking for a seat that is comfortable for the long rides 400 to 600 a day for 8 to 14 days. I have the stock seat now and it works for around town but I know it will kill me on the long rides.
Does HD make a more comfortable seat that is the same measurements as the stock seat? If I could sit back a inch or two that would work as well.

I use a saddlemen that I'm pretty fond of, and they will customize the build for you.

Had a local automotive/marine guy thin out the stock (low-density open-cell) foam a bit and add 1" of high-density closed-cell foam as a base layer.

The "cush" of a Mustang but the mega-firmness of a Corbin for the long haul.

Best seat I've ever had by a long shot (and it only cost me about $125).

I do!!

I prefer a firm seat for long hauls.
Others prefer a cushy seat with lots of padding.

I have a Mustang collecting dust(over stuffed couch model) that kills my back, makes me set too high and too close, and looks huge but my uncle loves the same one on his bike!

It all depends on you!

The perfect seat for everyone dosen't exist.

Sundowner on my '07 RKC...great seat. My bro rode it on our 4600+ mi. roadtrip last month, a couple of 600-mi. days, and he loved it. I took the King on the Hell's Canyon Rally 2-weeks ago (my first long ride on it) and it's as great as the Sundowner on my Wide Glide.

Mean city cycles will redo you seat. move you up down forward or back They will customize
it to you lots of diffferant foam/pads packages. I just came back from a 1800 mile trip my wife was the only one on our trip who never put a aux pad on her seat. My but still hurt
after a few hours so I called mean city they said sent her back rush and they would get
right on it . Thats good customer service
