Default clutch

Been having problem with my 07 RKC clutch. Thinking possible warped plate. Anyway, go to Harley Davidson site and can only find the screaming eagle disc and plate kit. No problem, price isn't that bad.
Then I call dealer parts dept. and am told screaming eagle won't fit my hub. Will need to buy hub and all.
Does anyone know if HD sell a simple relacement set of plates and discs for my RK. Thanks.

Yes, the SE plates will fit your hub. I have them in mine, specifically PN 37969-03A. Or you can check out Phat Performance (site sponsor) and get a set from BDL, Barnett, and others.

Once you do that, find a new dealer that knows what they are talking about.

In the 05 touring parts manual the number for the clutch plate is #37913-98 and the number for the friction plate kit is #37932-98. If the clutch plate number is not a kit, you will need 8 of them. I'm pretty sure these will work for an 07, but check with the dealer.

You should check out the Barnett "extra" set.

It eliminates the double steel drive plate(that my rivets popped out of).
It comes with 9 friction plates and 8 steel plates to keep the original thickness.

And yes,it will fit on your hub
