Sputtering at 70Mph

So the sea foam didn't help, man I thought sea foam fixed every thing!!
So does it not sputter above 70?

Hi TMair...
Actually I don't know if it will continue to sputter past about 75-80. I'm afraid to keep going past that with it sputtering...worried that I might be doing damage to the engine?
