Alignment?
Has anyone ever had an alignment done to there bike, what did it cost? My front forks are turned just slightly when going down a straight road and I figured this must be an alignment issue.
So I called my local dealer and the first guy said he had never heard of an alignment done on a bike (hello). Then he asked the tech dudes in the back and they said they haven't done one in years and it's really involved, lots of hours, etc. and couldn't even estimate a cost??
I looked at the video that Glide Pro has on their website and looked at their products. Thinking about just doing there motor mounts and aligning it myself since no one at Cascade Harley has any idea how to help me.

It is very possible that your forks are twisted in the clamps and your alignment has nothing to do with your handlebars being turned slightly. Also the handlebar clamps are rubbermounted and can get misaligned or worn out and that could be the problem. Also if your bike has been dropped in any way your bars could be bent causing the misalignment. These things are probably more likely to be the issue but if you have a buddy ride behind you to see if both tires are tracking in the same line that should answer the alignment question.
What you are seeing is most likely in the handlebars only. Just pulling mine off the stand over time has tweaked the bars. Take your Nacelle off and loosen the riser bushings, twist the bars and retighten. Or just bear with it till you need to change fork fluid and do it then.
The only alignment that I can think of that would make your handle bars need to be off a little going down the road would be your rear tire not being straight, they call that dog tracing, anyway if that where the problem you would just need to find out which side of the tire you need to move back that is just a simple adjustment with the axel, if that is the problem, I like what the other guys are saying about the forks bars.
