Ordered a set of Monster Ovals....chrome with black tips.

They arrived today Woo Hoooooo ! ! ! !

Opened the box........I had one with a black top, and one with a chrome tip.....

Now I have to wait for the dealer to contact the vender and find out how we are gonnna fix V&H's packaging snafu.....

 

yikes,aint that the ****$..being all excited to put them on and blamo some geek packaged them wrong..look at it this way you could start a new trend one chrome cap and a black one...lol

 

Lol.....me and some other guy could be the first to show it off ! ! !

 

Hard to believe someone made such an obvious boo boo while packaging.

 

Must have been a Friday in a hurry to go and a little wacke weed.

 

I would just contact V&H direct and see what they have to say. Maybe they will just send the right tip out.

 

I did.....they sent me a black one.

Unknown to me, the dealership ALSO contacted V&H and they too got me another black tip.

So I have two black tips ON the bike, along with a black spare, and a chrome spare....not sure WHAT the hell I will do with those !!

 

I think Having those spares is a good thing!

 

I had to deal with V&H on something that I bought from the dealer. They were great. Had the parts I needed in 2 days. Contact them directly.

 

Tell them you will send the spare black one back and for them to send you another chrome and you can change to chrome tips when you get bored with the black.
