Default Good dealer experience

My wife and I were riding Cherohala, The Dragon and BRP. We pulled into a motel one night and the next morning I noticed brake fluid on the right lower directly under the front brake master cylinder. I had also started hearing a rough sound from the primary when I released the clutch.

We took the bike to Blue Ridge HD in Hickory, NC. They were very friendly and took us right in, since we were on vacation.

They loaned us a dyna to putt around on and recommended a good place to get lunch.

They replaced the gasket on the master cylinder and found a bad bearing in the primary. Took about 4 hours which I think was pretty good considering the work that had to be done.

It turned out to be a pretty good experience considering the circumstances.

Anyway, two thumbs up for Blue Ridge HD-They really helped us out.

Very cool. It really sucks when things go bad when out on vacation but when a dealer pulls through like this it kind of adds to the fun of a vacation.

Qudos to Blue Ridge H-D.

Glad it all worked out.
Getting the Dyna for a loaner was nice.

Always good to hear this type of report on a dealer, very seldom is the good news past on!
