I was just wondering about this after my brothers wreck. Glad to see that my ins co is in the top 1/3 and a little concerned for my brothers choice. Thanks for posting!

while USAA wasn't in the ratings - it's still at the top of the industry.

I disagree with about 1/2 of that list.
What people don't see is how an insurance company treats a claim when the customer/payee is not around - that is what defines a good insurance co.
If you want to know what the good auto/cycle insurance cos are, call your local body shop, they will tell you. It will also differ from state to state as well.
Around here, usaa is not one of the good ones (neither are about half on that list)

I have always been satisfied with the way State Farm has handled the few claims that I have had over the years.

Markel (Bikeline), my insurance company, is not on the list. Maybe I should look for another one.

I'm not interested in how an insurance company treats a repair shop (sounds like a conflict of interest), I'm only interested in how they treat me.

I get this all the time from those not qualified to be a member.

The fine print shows they received the highest score (899); however, not included because of their restrictive nature. Feels good to belong to the club!!
