Do you have the H-D item number, or the MSRP, for a reference?

Thank you-

Gears make a great bike cover that has a velcro flap for letting antennas stick out. Available on line.

Hey, I appreciate all the feedback, I'll have to give some of these a try. Probably go with the H-D cover more than likely. My Limited is black and my driveway is dirt and the parking lot at work is dirt as well. What a PITA! Thanks again, ride safe

Just saw your reply post. Sorry for the delay. The HD Item number is 91685-98. Sells for $129.95. This is an indoor cover, cotton and very good quality. They have an indoor/outdoor version in the 2011 P&A catalog or $150, but most of the ones suitable for outdoors are heavy.

Do both antennas simply unscrew?
Standing at the back of my FLHTK, the left one was easily unscrewed, but
the right one is pretty tight, and I didn't want to break it - if it was not meant to be unscrewed.

Jim... Speaking for my '10 Ultra, yes, both antennas simply unscrew. The right one must just be on a little tighter. I replaced both of them with shorties and they both cam off fairly easily. Just be careful putting a tool on the rubber coating as it will eat it up some.

That was the info I was looking for - thanks!
I had looked in my service manual and online, and could not find a definite answer.

Now my bike cover fits nicely - for its long winter nap :-P

I ran into a guy with a gold wing last summer and his antennas were hinged at the base.

Long term storage I unscrew them and cover the bike. Overnight and trips I fold them forward and attach to the bag lid latches then cover. No problems.Mine are stock.
