I've been dreaming about this upgrade for many years, and tomorrow my little 96 will be no more. I've decided to go with 10.5:1 CR and the Wood 777s and ACR "B" heads while retaining my FM 2-1-2 and 4" Jackpots.

Your build looks similar to what I'm doing. I already ordered the TW 777 cams. I shipped my heads and throttle body to Fuel Moto last week. I'll be getting the 107 kit back with them I'm doing all the wrenching myself to stay in budget. I'll be waiting to see what kind of numbers you get.

You'll love this build man! Put the exact one in my 2011 street glide. Enjoy.

While we wait for Jamie to post the final dyno results, I'd like to take a moment to thank Jamie and his crew, they made my long distance deal such an easy event.

Now the long wait for my bike to come back home :-(

We finished up seanl's 2010 Road King and its ready to get shipped back to the west coast. We installed the Fuel Moto 107 big bore kit, FM Level B CNC heads, Wood TW-777 cams, he's running Jackpot 2/1/2 & mufflers, and we tuned it with Dynojet Power Vision. .

@seanl when do you expect the truck at your house?

Must be killing you to wait for it. I guess you are a busy guy!!! Like I said, I found mine was cold blooded in the morning. When you started it up give it time to warm up. Try to keep both wheels on the ground as you exit your driveway!

I am a patient guy, considering I've been dreaming about this for 5+ years, but yes, I'm really excited about this project!

The truck should arrive by the end of the August. Bike goes from FM's HQ in Appleton to 888HaulBike's HQ in Milwaukee. Then to their western depot in Las Vegas. Vegas to Norcal. I'll call them in a week or so to get an update.

Thanks for the tips on cold morning starts, it is cool here in the mornings, even now. I have an older 911 Turbo that I always ensure is fully warmed up (coolant & oil) so I already have a process. I'm guessing my PowerVision can show oil temp / oil pressure if I configure it to, I'll have to research it. Once I have my oil temp displayed, I'll be able get a feel for how long it takes to warm up to operating temp.

Tony @ Fuel Moto did a fantastic job of snapping a bunch of pics throughout the process....
