Custom Bagger???
The CVO Road King had a different swingarm, 48613-07DH. The rear fender is 60275-07. In order to make it all work, you'd probably need to pretty much duiplicate the rear end of the CVO Road King, including the fender brackets, sadddlebag supports, etc. All of the 07 touring bikes had a narrow belt and pulley, if you had an older bike, you'd need these parts as well.
You'd need to order new parts from Harley, they didn't build all that many of these bikes, and used parts just don't show up on ebay.
It would be cheaper to just build it up as a standard 07 rear end, good used parts are plentiful and cheap. You can run a 160 tire on an 07 touring bike.

Looks like I'm going to back up and punt. Found my frame was worse than I thought. Guess I'm going to try to find a frame or maybe just part this one out. I'll see what I can find. Thanks for all the help guys.
