Not on a new bike it doesn't. When I bought my RG I noticed one of the pinstripes on the front fender was "incomplete" so I told the dealership and a week later they replaced it with a new one fresh from the factory.

My 2010 Ultra has the fairing paint scheme from a 2010 Limited. I guess it happens more than you would expect.

My brother just got a limited just like that and yes that is a different trunk,,, his has all the normal stuff on it.

That looks like my TourPak, so I expect it is the difference between a US and UK tourpak. Exports don't have the light bar and my logo is identical to that.
