I agree with the idea----try to sell the tins first--just because you want to change it, others may want to go to that color. Or save them for when you sell it. How many things have you owned and sold and now kick yourself in the behind saying "I should have kept that"? Depending on how long you keep the bike, that color may be worth $$ to someone down the road.

 

Paint it any color you like, your bike, your money.

 

Keep the badging, paint away. (Black will make your bike faster)

 

I'd paint it and keep the 105 badges on it.

I'm not a fan of the 2008 "Duracell" paint scheme. Custom paint should have pearl and ghost flames in case you want my opinion on that too. Vivid black with black pearl ghost flames with a pearl glaze on it or white diamond with white ghost flames...either would be cool.
