I'm probably joining this convo way too late, but on my '08 RG, the front trans drive is a gear, not a pulley. Admittedly I don't know what they are on an 09, but aren't the Powertrains on all touring bikes the same? If so, then an 08 Street Glide would be the same as the 08 Road Glide. What I'm getting at is simple. Are you absolutely sure it's a pulley for a drive belt on the front? Have you looked? My 08 is a long (laterally) gear with which the toothed belt can slide from side to side with no other guidance than the rear IDS guides. They are in fact what guide the belt on the front drive gear. In other words, the front drive gear is much wider than the belt and it just floats side to side in the amount the IDS will allow. So, if your 09 is the same type system, then I don't think you should have any problem spacing the rear wheel over to the left.....that is if you even still have the bike and haven't burned it to the ground yet! Ha!!!
Don't mean to insult you btw....I just know my experience sometimes I assume something and don't look! In 40 years of wrenching...I've done it plenty o' times!!!

Disregard, seen you are talking offset not alignment.

If I thought I was going to have to start machining my new Harley I wouldn't have bought it.
Harley owners do a lot of cutting, machining, or grinding, And certainly, have had to mitigate issues that Harley does not want to acknowledge.
