What's more important a Harley or a house? You can't ride a house, you can't chrome it out, and it doesn't put a huge grin on your face.

You can always buy used and limit your loss.
Besides, having to shop around will give you more time to think about it, and less chance of falling into the "impulse buy" situation.

agreed, I'm 6'1" and when I tested the flhx, my ***** were smashed in that seat, I wanted one till I sat in it.

Stay the hell away from dealers...they're just like strip joints, you want to touch everything on the floor and it'll just lead you to more trouble.
