Bagger Seats
On my evo, I had a pillow top and a 'cut down pillow top- I swapped 'em around depending on what i was doing. The pillow top was great for 10, 12 hours a day- the cut down was harder so...not as many hours of comfort.
On my 09 I have an ultra, a streetglide and a brawler solo. I swap seats depending on what I am doing and windscreen height to match. seat looks, well the tourpak is off when I am in town---on the road- seat looks don't matter as much.
so my suggestion is get a couple of seats and swap 'em

At first I felt the same way with my Pillowtop and bought another seat just for looks. In the end the pillow top served another function with it's deep bucket, when under hard accelleration am able to stay in one spot. Now it is on the bike permanently.Good Luck
What everybody else said on the Sundowner(buy a used one) followed by C & C.
I'd also pass on any seat mods that sooner or later someone will bring up.. Been there done that, and wished that I'd spent the extra $150 and had a new C & C rather than drop a minimum of $180 for a mod that might be more be more comfortable.

Hammock seat looks good and my wife and I put lots of miles on it last year and she is about the same h/w as your girl. We do lots of long rides for us anyway. 600 mile days are not out of the question for her and she says the seat is comfortable.
