Default Signature Solo Seat w/backrest built in?

Hi all-- appreciate your time with this one please.

I am thinking about making a few changes to my 09 FLHTCU by adding the QD tour-pack assembly, the wiring disconnect harness and the Signature Series Solo Seat with rider backrest I just want to plug and play leaving the antenna's on the bike via the wiring harness and kit in the QD pack.

Any comments, likes, or dislikes?

For the signature solo seat with the backrest (PN 51700-09) (for anyone using this seat) is it comfortable? Any backrest adjustment issues?
I'm 5'10" and 190 lbs.

Thanks in advance for your time in reply.

Default I have the Seat you refer to

It's not installed at the moment but I have used it a few times. They are very comfortable and well padded. The backrest uses a kind of bayonet mount that works very well. You can raise and lower the pad a few inches but that's it. They're not cheap but are better than the Mustang set IMHO. Here's a pic of mine.

I really like my signature series solo seat w/backrest....very comfy. It really looks and feels like a Mustang.

I like my signature solo. Great seat and money well spent. I only use the back rest on rides of over 2 hours but it does adjust well for me when I do use it, both height and angle wise.

Danny Gray, firm at first, love mine, backrest has minimal up down adjustment, leans foward for easy passenger loading

I had the Mustange solo seat for my 08EGC and then bought the HD Signature solo and like it very much. I also had the detachable toupak on the EGC.

The two seats are very similar however the Signature seems to sit a bit higher than what the Mustang did which I prefer.

Recently I bought a 2011 Road King and put the Signature on the RK and like it very much. I have never had to use the back rest because the seat keeps me in such a good riding position.

After reading many posts on the solo signature seat I didn't see where anyone also added the reverse quick de-detach mount that puts the tour pack up to the solo seat/backrest. Anyone?
