Default Driver backrest question

I'm considering adding a HD driver backrest to go on my 17 Road Glide Special to go with my Hammock seat that's on order. I also like low profile seats like a Mustang Daytripper and others for solo riding. If I add the HD backrest mount under the seat, will it interfere with seats like this?
Thanks

Typically with a solo seat the rider's backrest bracket will need to come off. I remove mine when I switch to a solo seat, its a pretty quick removal and I have the adjustable seat. There may be aftermarket solo seats that work with a backrest, I use a harley CVO seat.

Mustang and I believe Corbin have solo seats that have backrests incorporated

I have a 2017 RG with a Mustang solo seat with the drivers backrest. This seat will set you back about 1 1/2 in. and about 1 in. up. With the backrest on, it seems to push you forward, so the 1 1/2 in that the seats sets you back is taken back with the backrest. Also you have to purchase a taller wind shield. I am about 6 ft. tall and this seat and shield you'll have some wind over top of the shield.

Thanks...that's what I was thinking. Doesn't sound like a big deal to remove the bracket.
