Default LED Headlight Issues

I posted this in electrical & lighting but that is a dead thread. thought I might get some response here.

I just installed the new HD LED 7" Headlamp and spots (black) on my 2010 Ultra Limited and noticed that the front flashers go out when the ignition is turned off. I have all LEDlights and signals on the bike and the emergency flashers work when ignition is on. If I turn off ignition switch with flashers on (like in a roadside emergency) rear lights continue to flash but fronts go dark. Also noticed my dash lights freaking out as well. Tach and spedo lights blink off and on in no specific order or sequence one or both go totally batsh*t... I have a voltage control installed to make the LED blinkers and flashers work so don't think it's a low current issue but could be with the incandescent headlight being replaced. Anyone else have this problem?

I installed the exact same bulbs minus the turn signals on my 08 with none of the issues. They work great.
