LED Headlamp Issue
I just installed the new HD LED 7" Headlamp and spots (black) on my 2010 Ultra Limited and noticed that the front flashers go out when the ignition is turned off. I have all LED lights and signals on the bike and the emergency flashers work when ignition is on. If I turn off ignition switch with flashers on (like in a roadside emergency) rear lights continue to flash but fronts go dark. Also noticed my dash lights freaking out as well. Tach and spedo lights blink off and on in no specific order or sequence one or both. I have a voltage control installed to make the LED blinkers and flashers work so don't think it's a low current issue but could be with the incandescent headlight being replaced. Anyone else have this problem?

I presumed that with the new LED lights one wouldn't need a voltage control of any kind. Try it without that thing and see if that fixes it.
I plan on getting the new LED headlight also, for my '09 FXD...just saving up the scratch for 'em.

Many thanks tar_snake. I called Custom Dynamics, where I bought my led turn signals and they told me I had the first generation clusters. Said I need to send them by front T/S bulbs for a retrofit to fix the problem. No issues with the LED headlamp and spots. I love the pure white light and the UFO look of the LEDs.
