Default New Clutch Linkage

If I change-out the factory linkage with a new custom one is there anything I need to be aware of before doing this? Or is it just a unbolt one and bolt in the new?

Thanks Folks,...

Clutch linkage? If you mean the transmission shift arm from toe shifter to arm on transmission, no big deal just adjust to leave enough room from foot board to shifter for your biggest boot or shoe to fit under.

I presume you mean the transmission linkage. It's pretty straight forward, but look at the instructions and illustrations carefully in order to get the linkage on the proper sides of the transmission lever and foot lever. Don't know about your model or linkage you're buying, but there's a possibility that the linkage will fit on the opposite side of one of those levers compared to the original part. I put a straight stainless steel Harley one on my bike and it really makes a difference in the looks on that side of the engine.
