First time H-D owner!
Hi everyone!
I am making my 1st post on the forum.
Just bought a 2011 Road King Classic! I am psyched, to say the least!
I absolutely love the bike, but I have some questions re: Stage 1 mods, seat changes, and hadlebar changes.
I am 6' 3" w/ 34" inseam.
Fit is a little more important right now vs. performance mods, but I know I will be doing all in very short order.
Please give me your thoughts on the above. Thanks!

Congrats on the new ride! Do lots of reading here and you'll get answers to all of your questions. I remember how happy I was riding my first harley home, pretty sweet eh!!
Congrats on the new bike and ride safely. Decide on comfort vs performance. Comfort won out for me. Seat and handlebars first to make it comfortable, then the performance mods. Do lots of searches, there is even a sticky for the handlebars.
Like the other OP stated that you need to ride for a while, I think that is the best advice you will get on here. If you ride for a while you will see what is comfortable for you find out where your arms feel at the best level and where the seat needs to be padded or less padding or more room in the rear, at your height I would look at foot rests or Highway pegs. Enjoy the ride and your First Harley, You will never have another 1st Harley.
Congrats on a great purchase!! As for comfort bars, I added Wild 1 10.5 mini apes (should have gone with 12's)... They are a night and day difference compared to the stock bars. I recommend them highly.. Also, an easy, cheap mod that is a huge improvement in comfort are the Harley Hoodies floorboard engenders... Enjoy the King and ride safe...

Congrats on the new ride! Biggest advice I can give is go to the dealers and sit on the used bikes that are close to the mods you're looking for. It's tough finding what works for you. Take your time and enjoy the ride and experience. Don't rush anything, it will come in time. It is certainly a life changing experience.
Congrats and welcome from Michigan.
Most of the advice you have been given is very good. Ride her for a wile and just see what fits you and what don't.
Nothing like a new Harley is there... Ride safe.
