If you get it direct from Corbin they will make one to fit, including a choice of textures. You won't get one that way from a discounter.
Also Corbin will send you samples of fax patterns for free.
If you want to go that route I can recommend M & M Cycles, they are good people and when I bought one from them a long time ago I got 20% off, if I recall.

Thats a little funny. The best place to buy a custom Corbin leather flame stictched seat is from me.. I can ship it tomorrow... I just had it custom made and it was delivered last week. I then bought a stretched tank from Bagger Nation, and the seat will not fit. I have never used it once. It is awesome. It locks with a key, and has no hardware exposed.. I have over 400 in it, ans I am selling it for 350.00 Brand new but you can have it in 3 days... Let me know

I got mine from Jenni at Tri County HD in Ohio for 20% off. She is no longer there, but apparently her replacement Rebecca offers the same pricing, and her service is excellent. Ironically, I know this because I have to send my Corbin back for a second time for wrinkles and a crease mark in the leather.
My third Corbin, and every time I had to send it back for something or another. If I was near Hollister, I'd pay full pop just to be there in person, just to make sure they got it right.
