I use to run Mobil1 V-Twin was available at basically all auto parts stores. Went into O-Reilly's one day to buy it since it was on sale and they have Lucas Synthetic for like $9 a quart. Switched to Lucas and been happy with it, seemed to quiet the motor down a bit more than Mobil1.
I'm happy with either one though.

Although I haven't changed my oil yet, I'm going to be going with Mobil 1 V-Twin 20w-50 (3.25 qts) and .75 qt of Lucas Synthetic Stabilizer with a Wix 5 micron motorcycle oil filter.

For what its worth, I'm thinking I'll run Spectro "specific" in the other 2 holes.

The bike currently only has 400 miles on it.

But, so far they seem to perform the same.
you are going to be sorry big time as everybody knows that with Mobil vtwin oil your motor will last 339,560 miles and with the Syn2 only 334,671 miles......

MOST Walmart's carry Mobile 1 VTwin, alot do not. They do carry Valvoline 20/50 VTwin full synthetic and also filters for HDs. I have used both with no problem.

No, but it's as good as it needs to be or else Harley wouldn't recommend it.
