Hello. another question from a newcomer. Is it possible to flood a fuel injected road king?

i don't think you could do it on purpose. I think it would have to be a leaky/bad injector, or too much fuel pressure. I'm sure someone smarter then I am, will chime in.

You can flood anything that has an engine. Why do you ask?

I had trouble starting it so I rolled on the throttle and it just kept turning over.It would fire but as soon as i gave it gas it would stall.I tried it later that day and it started right up.Thank you for your time.

If the fuel injection is working like it should, you can't flood it. I think you may have something else going on with it.

Low voltage will easily let the engine get flooded. If the battery is weak or undercharged and crank slowly the fuel builds up and fouls the plugs. This happens on any injected vehicle. in cars, wide open throttle at cranking rpm is known as clear flood mode. Mike
