Ok...so Im superstitious! I sold my bike for new one and wasnt sure if I should take my bell of old bike and put on new bike, or leave it and wait for someone to buy me a new bell for my new bike. Ive been told your not supposed to buy your own bell.

Any thoughts?

 

If you believe in that sort of stuff, then by all means let somebody buy you a new bell for your new bike.

 

Shoulda kept it. It was your bell. It was given to you not to the bike.

 

I would go get it from the guy you sold the bike to. I've had mine on my last three bikes.

 

I have kept my bell thru 4 bikes, I always take it off and put it on the new one.

 

Ditto, and hopefully a friend will buy you another. Two on mine and has worked so far.

Well - if you really think a bell is going to keep you safe then go for it.
