Here is my winter project.

First of all, I have a 2002 Road King upgrades to a Ultra classic, the motor is stock, except for a power commander, and a Stage I,

Here is my crazy upgrade, I have buddy NO.1. who has a 2002 Ultra Classic.
White in color, and has a 2007 engine 96 with a 103 Screamin Eagle kit. with a 6 speed tranmission. and wants to sell it.

Buddy NO.2 has a 2004 Ultra, Dark Cherry w/grey stripes. All new paint.

Buddy NO.3 ain't got nothing, but wants an Ultra Classic, and not a lot of money.

Here we go with this story:

I want to upgrade my 2002 engine to a 103, so I thought I would buy my buddy NO.1's bike and swap engine and transmission.
Buddy NO.2 doesn't like his dark cherry ultra and would like to swap the paint set out for the white one.

Buddy NO.3. Just wants an Ultra Classic, likes buddy NO.2 dark cherry paint.

Buddy NO.1 and NO.2 have extra chrome, and so do I including extra V&H pipes and seats for buddy NO.3

All seem to be in agreement for the switch and change,
So when all is said and done.

I have a bike with a 103 and a six speed.

Buddy NO.1 sold his bike to me and I will sell it to buddy NO.3 it will be Cherry red with a 88ci power commander, true duals, stage I lots of chrome. $10,500

Buddy NO.2 has his Ultra in white.

I will give $750. and so will Buddy NO.2, for the purchase of buddy NO.1
for a total of $12,000.

Is this a crazy deal?

 

And what happens if something gets damaged in the process....

 

I can't even attempt to follow all of the separate transactions. As long as everyone is happy go for it.
