Cool - Congrats! I ordered mine on Tuesday and Jamie said I'll get it tomorrow. Can't wait to strap that thing on and have my scooter really SCREAM.... : )

 

Ordered K&N, Rush mufflers (1 3/4" baffles), and PCIII Monday. Got the mufflers today, the rest of it I guess tomorrow. Looking forward to the improvements.

 

Be sure to read the instructions on reseting your 0% throttle.
Probably the most important part of putting the PCIII on your bike.

 

I don't understand 0% throttle, can you explain please, thanks.

 

The system maps to your throttle position. Out of the box it could be way off. I think mine thought it was at 16% when i was at 0%. This causes the tables to be way off.

There are instructions, very simple to follow that you do to reset your throttle position.

Basically, you start your bike and make sure it's warmed up, hook up to the pciii with your laptop.
Fire up the software
Go to the menus at the top and click Power Commander tools
Select, set throttle position
Click the reset button at the left side only, not on the full throttle.

I did not 0 my throttle settings and it runs just fine.I forgot all about that, but then who actually reads the instructions. The bike idles a little fast, maybe 1100rpm warm to 900 hot. I heard another bike at the HD dealership idleing at I guess about 600 rpm. Thanks for reminding me, I will do that tomorrow since were going to have 5 inches of snow. You guys rock. Glad I found out about this forum.

 

Mine was at 6%. Was wondering if anyboudy downloaded the Accell pump feature?? what settings are you using?[sm=feedback.gif]
