Default ABS Brake Mods

I have an 08 Ultra and it's time to do a major brake job. Before just replacing all factory stuff is there a better alternative to factory rotors, pads, etc?

I haven't done my rotors yet (have at least a year left on them) but I just put these pads on last week at the recomendation of iclick on this Forum. HARLEY DAVIDSON FRONT REAR 3 SETS SINTERED BRAKE PADS (160497132905) $43.50 to do the whole bike was a great price and they seem to work a little better than the factory pads. At least for the rear I will get true floating rotors for heat dissapation when I replace them.

Thanks for your feedback. I do see that these pads are not for my 08. They stop at 07 and I don't see anything about ABS braking system compatibility.

You are right I forgot about the Brembo change. I went to this sellers store and it doesn't look like he has picked up the Brembo pads yet. You could send him an e mail and ask if he will be or has them. I can't think of a reason ABS would require a special pad. Here is the store link. http://stores.ebay.com/partsangel?_rdc=1

brake pads are no different for abs or non abs, as long as its made for the year of the bike it will work, granted some pads work better than others, it doesn't matter if you have abs or not, pads will all be the same
