Default remove packing/affect power

I swear I gained power by removing the packing. I will have a dyno tune real soon and let you know for sure.

I went with the FM header, 4" Dyno Tuned, AC, Power Vision, TW555 Cams, Pushrods and bearings and I got 92hp/102.32tq. It runs good and those numbers could be a little higher with some TLC while tuning but my issue was it wasn't loud enough. The packing removal sounds like a good test!

I really like my 2-1-2, AC, 4" Dyno Tuned, and PV. I am putting the finishing touches on my SE 204 install, and FM has a map for that exact combo, too! Their service is top notch. Can't wait for spring. Enjoy your upgrades.

I wonder how loud the performance baffle without packing would be and how much torque you would lose?

IMHO you won't have to mess with the baffle and packing if you are using the FM headpipe and the jackpot mufflers. You will like the sound for sure.

Just picked my FLTRUSE up with 2-1-2 Headers and 4" dyno tuned mufflers. Awesome sound and performance. The quality, fit and finish of the FM-Jackpot Headers and mufflers is awesome. For those who are waiting for their order, be patient, its worth the wait.

Hey need some help here as well I am already running 4" rineharts with stock header and air cleaner but torn between PCV or powervision or TTS Whats the difference with each? I will most likely get a big sucker but I might go with the PM air cleaner much nicer but pricey. Sorry for the hijack lol
