I go down every year, I go to Macon, then take Sgoda Rd to 23/341 (go through Cochran, Eastman, McRae) to Hazlehurst, stay on 341 from Hazlehurst to Baxley. Run 15/121 from Baxley to Blackshear to Folkston, this dumps you onto US1 between Waycross and Folkston and stay on US1 to I 295 outside Jacksonville. A lot of people stay on I 16 to Dublin and run over to Lumber City to catch 341. I'm heading down on Saturday, March 10, I'm spending Saturday night in St. Augustine then heading on down to Key West the next day, spend a couple days in KW then head back to Daytona on Thursday. I don't know when we are heading home, depends on weather and how much time we want to spend in Daytona.

How long does that route take?

I don't really know how long the route takes, I trailer my bike to Cochran, unload it at my buds house and we head on down on the bikes, it's about 2.5 hours to Cochran in my truck. We leave out of Cochran around 10:00 and get to St. Augustine somewhere between 4:00 and 5:00. We nomally get off and stretch in Blackshear, stop and buy a tank of gas in Folkston. If it's cold we'll make a couple more stops to try and warm up. It's not a bad ride, no traffic and a fair amount of 4 lane roads. Our goal on the trip down is to get to St. Augustine before dark. The only tense part of the ride is on I295 between Orange Park and I95
PS. If I trailer all the way I'd probably go 75 to 10 and across
