Question Who have Yaffe "super stereo" for Road Glides or baggers with fairing lowers?

I have the same set up and a big problem to mount fairing lowers speakers with the CVO grills. It doesn't work with 2 problems : diameter and tweeter. If some of you have mount this kit, could he make pics to show how are they mounted, thanks in advance

Wish I could help you. Did the RF speakers come with their own grills? If so, you might have to use those. You might also trying sending a PM to harleypingman. I think I remember him mounting speakers in fairing lowers.

Thanks for help. RF speakers come with their grills but they do not mount or with mods. I choose the CVO way to mount because the grills flush. I have done the same mount as harleypingman (very helpfull guy) with his write-up. He mounted other brands and i do not really want to change mine. RF speakers cost a lot here and i mount the same set in the fairing.

Can you post a pic of the tweeter? Sounds like this is the part giving you the most trouble.

You are not mounting those speakers with those grilles. Tweeter stalk is too tall. The speakers are actually a 6 3/4 chassis instead of 6.5. You have to trim the fosgate grille to work in the lowers.

Bagger Nation sell this kit to mount in fairing lowers and still don't know how. For the grills, i tried different ways but i prefer flush mount.

With Polk grills, it look like that
