I'm having the same issue with my 07 RG. Seems to happen more often when the bike is cold. Bought it used last year, going to flush some fresh brake fluid through it and see if that helps. If not I'll rebuild the front master cylinder. Harley has a rebuild kit for around $30 that has the spring, piston and O-rings in it ...everything needed.
