I bought my montubes (lowered) back in Nov 10, I called progressive and the customer service was great, I don't remember who I talked with, but the tech I talked to gave me some great advice, was very patient, and I've been happy every since. I just wish I liked there rear suspension, looks like Ohlin will probably get me there, be calling you again soon Howard.....

 

no i'm not familiar with touring monotubes, I changed out the front springs on my sportster but apparently the sportster forks are very simple compared to the touring monotubes. mine is just spacers, pvc, and a spring and oil.
