I purchased one of the $160 eBay chrome led wrap around led sticks for my 08 SE Ultra. The quality seems good however it is smaller than the light bar already on my tourpak. The unfortunate part of the whole process is the fact that I had over an hour of disassembly time removing the old bar before I realized that the new one was too small. Very frustrating. Here is a photo of the one I bought. It still has the protective plastic on the lenses.

The HD product now has run-turn-brake built in (not in the clone item) and no quality issues on mine. Just don't overtighten the mounting bolts. Watch Surdyke for a 20% off sale and you can score a real one for not much more than the cost of the clone plus the extra electronics.

Too good to be true?

Anyone out there try/see them? I'd be interested to hear what you have to say.

p.s. I would have posted the link...but I'm not computer savvy enough...
Here is the setup that I bought off of Ebay a few months back. The fit and finish is pretty good considering that it was less than $150 shipped. However it didn't come with any hardware or instructions. Overall I'm very happy with it.

The flag on the tour pack rack has been correctly moved to the right side of the rack since this picture was taken.

I replaced the stock incandescent tour-pak lights with the Custom Dynamics LED clusters along with the turn signals, RTB module and the connector that makes all the lights back there RTB. Very visible and stock appearance.

I bought this light bar off of eBay too. Now I'm trying to figure out the best way to wire it into my 2010 EGC. Any tips on this?

I also installed the HD LED tour-pak light kit on my bike. It was a fairly easy install. The wiring gave me a bit of a fit for a while but I figured it out. If you go for the "expensive" Harley kit you should consider having it painted first. I didn't (flat black on gloss black) but I wish I did.

The ebay LED kit is modeled off the CVO LED light kit, so it will only fit tour paks not already cut out for lights.

I am buying a new bottom to my tour pak and plan to use this ebay light on it, but painted to match, not the chrome one. Everyone I know that has used the eBay kit has been pretty happy with it, there are 3 guys here that had standard tour-paks and added it. It looks awesome.
