No. Just, no.

Oil "full" at operating temp is NOT over-filling. But, we don't do oil level maintenance at operating temps.

However, the point I, and others in this thread have been trying to make is, when checking oil level COLD, fill to BELOW the full mark on the stick, to avoid oil in the air cleaner.

I have owned EVOs knuckledheads a TC88 and now run a TC96. I have never heard of this happening unless the piston rings are worn which causes blow by from the increased pressure in the crankcase. In my TC96 I put exactly 3.5 qts. Maybe you guys are overfilling??

17,000 on my 2010 Ultra Limited and never experienced this problem.
