Not to mention that you'd have a helluva fire hazard on your hands and might hurt yourself pretty badly.

That is awesome! Who made that and would it be possible to have more made?

Riding in a sitting position for more than 3 hours without stopping is just inviting blood clots in your lower legs.

Iron butts and all endurance rides are awesome experiences however take care of yourself, hate to see you have an unexpected outcome due to impacting circulation.

sense I got the two reda tanks in March I thought I would share my experience this summer with them.

Shortly after placeing the two tanks in there prospective saddle bags I desided one whould be enough so gave one to a friend.

I did have to use it once and grateful I had it. my bike can run out of gas at vastly different ranges do to mods and riding style. Was i just laxing cause I knew I had a tank? Now the rest of the summer I felt good knowing it was there, Took the edge off, very pleased, recommend it, money well spent, piece of mind

I also mentioned its great to help a fellow riders, well that didnt happen this summer but once others knew I was the "road tanker" I was questioned, like which way are you going, or can you follow me to the gas station...backfired there a bit. use caution.

end of Fall I took it out and dumped it in my car tank. usually less distance in the winter, but just got back from a 3 hour ride with out it so more sooner then later i will fill it and put it back in. I also noticed the double 2 gallon zip lock bag had a hole in it from rubbing, will use a cloth of some sort aswell..

this is my thoughts on tanks at this point anyway

How did it mount to the saddlebag guard? What year model bike did you have it on?
