I am going to look at an 04 Electra glide with no upgrades other than the exhaust. It has 5300 miles and looks to be in good shape in pics. My plan is to turn it into a trike for my dad to ride. It's an 88ci carbed bike.

The bike is listed for $9500 and after looking at nada and kbb I think the trad in value is about $7500 to $8000. What would be a good price on the bike? I obviously want to get it as cheap as possible since it'll cost about another $10k for a trike kit.

Retail on that is $9565. Offer $8k and see. May have to meet somewhere in the middle.
