so, my 09SG is my first big heavy bike and i am really digging it, i love being able to get on and go without much thought to it like i had to with my buell, no more than 45-60 minutes at a shot with that, im ironing out the remaining hiccups with my SG to make it fit me perfectly. now what i am after is more storage space, without getting out of hand with paint and spending money like boo-boo the fool. i have HD docking hardware, the quick detach kind already. id like a trunk, pack w/e you want to call it, but i cant justify spending a grand on the trunk and brackets then even more $$ for paint to match the scheme i already have on my machine, so i was wondering what else is out there? i think i could get by with the leather trunk and use it only for trips and the like, but it kills the "custom" look...
what have others done?

....... you've spent real money on your ride already. Get a real tour pak.
.... If you're going to paint it anyway, buy something used on ebay & make it match. then yer done.
........ you won't regret it.
1. Make sure you have the right quick disconnect for the Tour Pak.
2. Ebay the Tour Pak
3. Get the same guy that painted your bike to paint the Tour Pak.
4. If you run wiring to it for lights do a power outlet while you are at it.
