Security

Just had security put on my 2012 Street Glide, my 07 Dyna would beep twice when I walked away from the bike with the FAB in my pocket. This one does not???

are the lights flashing? My 07 SE RK the lights would just flash twice, no beeps. I didnt get security on my 12.

Refer to your owners manual, as it addresses the ability to enable / disable the chirp when the security system sets. Most likely it is just disabled and you should be able to enable it.

I was just going to say that my 07 had the siren, don't think they put the siren on the 2012.
Waiting for the dealer to call back. I get enough chirping from the one that must be obeyed anyway.

If you have it, it is mounted under the left-hand side cover, right next to the fuse box on the left side.

The default install is "no siren". You can let the dealer install a siren for lots of $$$ or you can do the "Radio Shack" siren for less than $20.
