I just took one of my old bulky plastic ones and took the casing apart and carry the guts only....cheap i had it around ...smallest one i found..already used it several times...

I got one of these at Wal-Mart for $10.00. It's been used several times on trips and works great. It's small and easily fits in the fairing glove boxes or your saddlebag.

I had 5 of the el cheapos in scattered all over... dismantled it and a plug kit and VOILA....**** you can pick them up around Thanksgiving and x-mas for $5 a pop...

The HD one has been working fine for me for a year - I even use it to inflate the kid's bike tires. The built in flashlight has come in handy once or twice as well.
