I have a 2012 FLTRX Road Glide. I have upgraded the audio components to a HAWG Wired system that includes a two channel amp and speakers. It sounds great by the way. I also use a removable tour pak so I installed the HD antenna relocation kit.

Since making these modifications my AM radio reception has turned to crap. Can't hardly listen to it because of the distortion. FM reception is just fine. AM reception improves a good deal when I turn the engine off.

I have an old long whip antenna I took off an older touring bike. I have put it on the bike as well with no change in reception. Needless to say I would like to listen to AM radio and would therefore like to correct this problem.

I would appreciate any ideas or suggestions you might have to correct this issue. Thanks in advance for your help!
