Very common. Just had mine re-torqued this weekend when I noticed oil spots on the garage floor below the exhaust bracket. Dealer said the torque specs have changed on the two allen bolts and the oil pan bolts as well. Had them all done. Hope they put lock-tite on them.

If it's leaking from the drain bolt try using some Teflon tape on the threads. That should fix it. Don't use too much or leave anything hanging off the end that may get loose and end up in The tranny. Not that I think it will do any damage just that it's better safe than sorry
