tranny leak!

just changed the tranny fluid on my 2002 Electraglide classic, did a short 80 mile run with no problems. then road to laughlin , (about 250miles) and had no problem. then road home (250 miles), and parked the bike, while it was cooling I noticed a puddle of tranny oil. couldn't believe it! cleaned underneath with carb cleaner, went to work. came home and there a big puddle of tranny oil. looks like it is leaking on the tranny side below the tranny, but i'm not sure, this sucks! doesn't look like any damage of any kind,just leaking below the tranny? ANY IDEAS? thanks John

Only 2 easy fixes
1) Trans is overfilled and you need to take some oil back out.
2) Your o-ring on the drain plug is fubar and needs to be replaced.

If its not one of those two, well it will take some looking into.

Check the exhaust bracket that is mounted to the bottom of the tranny. Those bolts are known to back out and it will leak then. Calls for locktite and retorque.

If you rode the bike 330 miles without issue, then your problem is not likely related to your recent oil change. Other than the suggestion to check the two lower bolts at the exhaust bracket, the next logical step is to thoroughly clean the area and take it for a short ride. Then inspect for the source of the leak.
