Default My experience with DHP

Just wanted to share my experience with DHP with everyone. I ordered a set of magnum cables, wire extensions and poly bushings from them a week ago. They should arrive today. But as far as customer service goes... its some of the best I've seen. I got a quote from them for all my parts and paid it thinking I got a really good deal. I got a reply from them last night from an email I sent a few weeks ago quoting me a cheaper price. I sent them an email about what I paid and I got a reply back that they are going to refund the difference. If that's not good customer service... I don't know what is. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely do business with them again. Just thought everyone should know.

I'm one of the people who had a bad experience with them, But I know what it is like to be overwhelmed with work, things fall through the cracks. People can only do their best and you can't ask anymore than that. Their business caught on faster than they expected and were caught off guard. I can think of worse problems to have. Their intentions were always honorable, they just needed a little time to hire and train new people to help carry the load. I'm glad to hear they are doing well.

Directharleyparts.com is the link. Sorry to hear you had a bad experience. Ups just dropped it of and I was missing my poly bushings so I just sent them an email and maybe I'll here something tomorrow as they're already closed for the day.
