FuelMoto must be busy!
As of today, I have sent two emails and made 3 phone calls and have
yet to hear or talk to someone at FuelMoto! Must really be busy or shorthanded.
I know at times businesses are busy, but to be left on hold for over 15 minutes twice and 10 the third time is not good business to me. The receptionst could have taken my name and number or at least let me know it was going to be a while. Guess I will wait on an email, cause I got better things to do that wait on the phone.

They are probably busy answering questions and taking orders. You shouldn't take this experience as a negative, because I have yet to hear a valid complaint for FuelMoto. Everytime I have ordered from them/called/emailed them, they have been top notch (which is probably why they are so busy all the time.)

Was there around 3:00 PM today and they were busy. I waited a little bit to talk to someone and finally Brian came out to talk to me. I spent probably a 1/2 hr with him so maybe I was the cause! Great people to deal with. They are slammed as I ordered the stainless head pipes and they are 5-6 weeks out for delivery. Give them the benefit of the doubt and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

No just the stainless steel @ $479 I am more interested in getting rid of the heat and call me strange, just a slightly better rumble. I don't want a loud exhaust. I don't need the neighbors complaining nor do I want the drone while driving down the highway. But yet I need it to sound different then my Goldwing, which it does right now.
