So who, if anyone, has had problems with orders placed with these guys? So far I have received one incorrect shipment, and another with incorrectly manufactured parts.

To the company's credit, they did refund me the cost of shipping the incorrect portion of the first shipment back. However, you might think that after having messed up an order that they would pay closer attention to what was shipped to alleviate the problem. Not so much.

I am currently waiting for a response from them, but they are not open on weekends. At this point, I cannot recommend them. I am curious how many other folks have done business with them, and how good or bad it has turned out.

 

I had an issue where the bag latches chrome was pitted (both). They sent new ones after I took pics to show them. No other issues. Bags are good value for the money. I put Mustang leather on them right away for protection. Good luck.
